Laney joined FNAS in 2024, after spending several years as an National Escrow Officer. Customer Service is her specialty and she strives to provide the top tier of customer service to all clients, big or small. Laney has had a fairly quick rise through the ranks of FNAS, from Team Lead to Title Production Supervisor, and the sky is the limit. Laney’s team’s, Client Advocate, Vendor Management, and Recording allow her to review and advise on the Title Production process, in it’s entirety. In this role, Laney strives to maintain our fast-paced environment while also making sure that each client knows how important they are to FNAS.

Laney currently resides in Plano, TX with her dog, Sister.
