FNAS is built on several core strengths: cutting-edge technology, innovative products, and, most importantly, our exceptional people. One particular standout is our remarkable leadership team.
While many companies hit pause when the market slowed, we saw an opportunity. Instead of standing still, we focused on improving operations, turning inefficiencies into opportunities for growth and positioning FNAS for long-term success.
Year after year, we’ve been relentless in our pursuit of automation, optimizing vendor standards, and refining our internal processes. No detail was overlooked—whether it was digitizing documents or rethinking our physical workspace layout, we’ve ensured we’re operating at maximum efficiency. This unwavering commitment has not only strengthened FNAS but has also enhanced our ability to partner more effectively with our agents.
Thanks to the leadership of FNAS and the collective efforts of our entire team, we’ve become far more efficient than just a few years ago. By prioritizing automation and streamlined processes, we’ve built the agility to scale operations based on industry demand.
As we approach 2025, we’re confident and prepared for the growth ahead.

ALERT - APRIL 2025
***IMPORTANT – OFAC INFORMATION***
As many of you know, we have been experiencing an increase in OFAC holds for both incoming and outgoing wires. We are only notified of the hold if the bank needs additional information from us. Otherwise, we must reach out to the bank and inquire. The bank informed us that due to the large volume of holds they are processing, it is taking much longer than usual to get them cleared.
We ask you to please notify us if the following occurs:
This will prompt us to reach out to the bank for resolution. Please note this only applies when our bank is holding a wire. If the sending bank or receiving bank places the hold, there is not a way to manage those. In that scenario we recommend that you have the borrower communicate with their payoff lender and/or their personal bank if it is regarding their proceeds.
Please know that if the hold is with our bank, we check the status of these holds and work diligently to get the wires released as quickly as possible.
Thank you, Your FNAS Team
