Adeline Gibson
Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
In October, 2005, Adeline took a leap of faith and joined Michele Jorgensen in founding FNAS. Michele and Adeline came to FNAS from First American Title Insurance Company, where Adeline served as Michele’s Executive Assistant. Recognizing her potential for greatness, Michele encouraged Adeline to learn the nuts and bolts of the title industry. A quick learner, Adeline soon advanced to other positions in the office with more responsibility. Having played an integral role in developing and refining the FNAS production system over the years, Adeline was the obvious choice to become the Operations Manager of FNAS. In this role, she managed all of the departments involved in title, escrow and policy production. In 2016, Adeline was also entrusted with management of the Technology Department. With this addition to her role, she then managed the entire production operation of FNAS from beginning to end, and everything in-between. In 2021 Adeline was appointed Chief Operating Officer of FNAS, resulting in Adeline managing the entire FNAS operation.  As Chief Operating Officer, Adeline works tirelessly to maintain FNAS as the Best in the Business.  One of her top goals is to support women in this historically male-dominated industry.  Adeline made this desire a reality when FNAS hosted its first ever GirlBoss Rally, where executive women from all over the country joined Adeline and Michele for a unique collaborative and empowering event.

Adeline possesses the rare combination of vast title and escrow knowledge, technical expertise and design thinking. She is not one to become complacent with the status quo, and is continuously working to improve our processes providing customized efficient workflows and innovative solutions for FNAS agents. Adeline’s attention to detail is second to none, providing results that are certain to impress your clients.

Adeline lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband, Jeff, and their dog, Riley. They enjoy spending time with their adult children and their young grandchildren.
